RTS stands for Ready To Ship and are tumblers that are already made and are ready to ship within 3 business days,excluding weekends and Holidays after your order is confirmed. Personalization is not always offered on RTS tumblers. Please check the listing to see if personalization is available and if you do add a name, that will add on 1-2 weeks before your tumbler is shipped. There are no additional fees for personalization
