Refunds, returns, and cancellations

I do not accept returns, refunds or cancellations. No exceptions! If there is a problem with your order that is caused by me, you have 24 hours to contact me to work towards a satisfactory resolution

Turnaround times

Turnaround times do not included shipping.

 Ready To Ship tumblers have a turnaround time of 1-2 business days. If a name is added, please add on 1-2 weeks before your tumbler is ready to ship.

Made To Order and custom tumblers have a turnaround time of 4-6 weeks. I do not accept rush orders. Creating these tumblers is not something that is to be rushed. They are beautifully hand crafted items that take time.

Shipping Policy

All packages are shipped via UPS standard, unless it is being shipped to a P.O. Box. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 weeks of receiving your tracking, please contact the carrier directly. I am not responsible for packages after it is in the hands of the carrier.

In the unfortunate event that your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please email me by using the contact tab within 24 hours of delivery or filing your claim with the carrier.
